  |  Yay! Thank you Vale for making this section for me! I want to begin by mentioning CandyRat records. They are an independent record label that's signed two dozen incredible musicians. Most of the musicians on the label are virtuoso fingerstyle guitarists. Visit CANdYRAT Records to check them out! Fingerstyle refers to the technique of playing the guitar without a regular pick, with only your fingers. Sometimes the musicians use a thumb pick or thimbles, but never a standard pick that you see in most songs. There are a lot of different ways to play fingerstyle. You can play the blues, jazz, classical, or rock music in fingerstyle. But the artists on Candyrat have discovered their own sounds which don't really fit into any of the aforementioned genres. To really understand it you'll just have to hear some of it! It's an amazing listening experience. Most of the songs feature just the musician and his acoustic guitar, with no backing instruments or vocals, yet the songs will enchant you with the power of a 5 piece band. I'm going to fill this section up with reviews on all my favorite fingerstyle musicians from CandyRat and other genres. I have tons of videos saved in my youtube account that I'm going to share. So I hope you all enjoy it!
